BELIEVE ______________________________________________________________________________________________
WE BELIEVE that the Bible is divinely inspired and is the revealed word of God. WE BELIEVE in the triune God Head – Father, Son and Holy Ghost. WE BELIEVE that Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. That he died willingly to free us from sin and that He rose again from the dead, and is now seated with God in Heaven. WE BELIEVE in an eternal place of peace for the saved and an eternal place of punishment for those who reject Jesus as their Savior. WE BELIEVE in the personal salvation of believers through the blood of Jesus Christ. WE BELIEVE in sanctification, personal Holiness and purity of heart and life. WE BELIEVE that Jesus bore stripes on his back and that through those stripes we are healed from all manner of disease. WE BELIEVE in water baptism, in the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, and in the operation of the gifts of the Spirit as taught in 1st Corinthians 12. WE BELIEVE that Jesus is coming soon to receive the church into heaven with Him until His return to set up His earthly Kingdom of 1000 years. WE BELIEVE that it is the churches responsibility to get the message of the cross to the world while it has opportunity as commanded in Matthew 28.- |
